Life in technology

Graduates, UK

Welcome to Barclays, Radbroke Hall, Graduate Programme

Do you want to work in a technology team that affects the daily lives of over 37 million customers worldwide?

To support the best systems and best hardware we need the best people. So we depend on our graduates for energy, new ideas and becoming our engineers and leaders of the future.  On our tailored technical learning plan, you’ll be given every chance to shine.  On the job training will help you build-on the skills you learned at university, and develop your technical and business understanding.

About the scheme

From day one you will be surrounded by a great support network who will all be focused on the same thing – your development. You will be assigned a buddy, a graduate in the business who will help you with your integration into Barclays and your new role. With a buddy you’ll always have a ‘go-to’ person if you ever need anything – your buddy will have a genuine desire to help. Of course your line manager will be part of your network too. And together they will ensure that you have everything you need to grow.

You’ll certainly be a pioneer who can drive new ideas and operational excellence – someone who understands the needs of customers and colleagues, and always acts with integrity. We’ll offer you equal levels of dedication in return. We will invest in your career so that you always know where you’re going, and with ongoing training, coaching and mentoring you’ll be able to fulfill your potential and realise your ambitions.
